All things old, all things French, all things blue. French Blue. I love this color... It wasn't really intentional to turn my bedroom almost entirely blue but I love how things worked out together. I think it has that Victorian era feel with a modern twist and I just adore it. I feel inspired and refreshed in this space. It's quite minimal but it's just the way I like it - too many things and it feels cluttered not only in the room but on my mind as well.
To update the bedroom for the Summer I got the beautiful blue cotton bed linen and a rattan storage trunk not only to store spare linens but also to double as a little stand for candles and such. They're such neutral pieces but really add a nice texture to the overall look. One of my favorite pieces in the room is the french blue vintage rug, which really ties everything together!
