Today was the most intense day this Summer yet, the temperature reached +35 degrees celsius, the air  felt as if you were standing next to the heated oven. Cicadas are going out of their mind yet their singing seems to be the only noise outside as everybody is either hiding inside or cooling in the sea. I've never felt the need for the air conditioning at home as we never get the sun in our windows, however after today I changed my mind. I've been diffusing peppermint essential oil in hopes of any freshness and let me let you it really cools the air! Peppermint is such a lifesaver in the summer - diffuse it, put it in your lotion, in your bath, breath it in - I couldn't live without it!
